Good location off motorway, decent size room with excellent facilities (fridge, kettle, TV), nice dining room. Lots of sockets for the many plugs most travellers have. Room temperature perfect. Roomy shower and complimentary individual shower gels/shampoo - lots…. House very quiet even when it was fully occupied and very clean. Continental breakfast included. The most perfect boiled egg I’ve had, cooked by Sue even though it was 10 mins before breakfast ending. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark as a host, was utterly charming and nothing was too much of a bother. Totally helpful and very friendly. Free Parking available but a little tight when it’s fully occupied.

Regular communication prior to visit, exact instructions on access and helpful assistance given. Room perfect size for visit with basic supplies space for everything to fit in, didn't mind standing to use my sewing machine but longer time would have liked a table and chair especially for using laptop. Bed was a bit wobbly as I moved it away from the radiator and I always travel with a sleeping bag as I find hotel beds are cold generally. Comfortable and slept well as I prefer flat pillow. Shower was lovely and hot. A lovely well maintained home with beautiful furniture and decor.

I had a wonderful stay and the cleanliness of the house is beyond my expectation. Mark is super friendly and provided very good information on the bus services and places of interest to visit. The house is warm, cosy, clean and pretty with all the victorian/country furnishings. The dining room setting is awesome and the breakfast provided may be simple but it comes with a generous serving and there is a few varieties of fruits and the coffee is superb! There are few buses to the city centre and it takes less than 15mins. Both driection bus stops are about 2-3mins walk from the house.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The BNB is old so there is wear and tear but they have done very well to keep it nice, especially at the price point. Free parking near Oxford is awesome. The staff is all so friendly and wonderful. There is a bus stop very close to the accommodation and getting into Oxford is so simple. Almost every bus goes to the city center. £2 per person each way. Awesome! Breakfast was so nice. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and cooked to order hard boiled eggs and toast. I think the price is reasonable and I would definitely stay again.

The room was on the main level right across from the breakfast area and was roomy with one queen and one single bed. We had ample space for luggage and lots of closet space for three people. We were expecting a Bed and Breakfast cottage style and that's what we got. I wouldnt call it outdated, I would call it charming. The staff was very welcoming during breakfast and friendly. The breakfast had a veriety of quality foods and was delicious and filling.
